AI for Senior Executives is a 6–7 month executive programme for leaders who are responsible for where their organisation is heading. It gives you a clear, non-technical understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning and generative AI, and the judgement to decide where AI should, and should not, be used in your business.
You will learn how leading organisations build an AI strategy, how to evaluate AI investments and vendors, how to govern data, privacy and AI risk, and how to lead the people and culture change that AI adoption requires. Sessions combine expert faculty, real case studies from the UAE and around the world, and discussion with other senior leaders.
Delivered on campus in Dubai, online and through live online classes, the programme is designed around a demanding schedule, and every module is tied to decisions you can act on in your own organisation.

AI for Senior Executives runs over six to seven months as a series of modules. Each module combines an on-campus workshop in Dubai, live online classes and self-paced online learning in KLMS, followed by a short applied assignment. The programme concludes with a capstone project presented to faculty and peers.

Who it's for and how you'll study
Who is the programme for?
This programme is designed for senior leaders with at least five years of professional experience, such as CEOs, managing directors, C-suite executives, vice presidents, directors, board members, founders and senior government officials.
It suits leaders who are accountable for strategy, budgets or transformation and want to lead AI adoption with confidence, without needing to write code.
How will you study?
The programme is blended, so you can keep working while you study. You attend in-person workshops at our Dubai campus at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, join live online classes with faculty in between, and complete short self-paced online lessons, readings and case studies in the Kamber Learning Management System (KLMS).
Every module ends with an applied assignment based on your own organisation, and you finish with a capstone project that you present to faculty and peers. Recordings of live sessions are available in KLMS if you miss a class.
Entry requirements
Applicants need a minimum of five years of professional work experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but substantial professional experience is also considered. No programming or technical background is required.
Admission is based on your application and CV, followed by a short conversation with our admissions team about your role and what you want to achieve with AI.
